Most recipes are passed down from our parents and we wanted to ensure that these great flavors do not get lost with our older generations. We are extremely excited to be bringing the first Cambodian food truck to Arizona!

We are rollin’ out in our lobster shack on wheels, bringing you the “Ultimate White Meat”, Maine Lobster. Responsibly harvested and sustainable, Maine Lobster is healthy, low in fat and cholesterol, high protein, good for you and off-the-chart delicious, brought to you from Maine, by Maine folks.
Order up our Maine Lobster Roll “Traditional Style” with chunks of chilled lobster meat tossed with a touch of lemon aioli in a butter grilled roll, or try it warm, drizzled with melted butter.
We also have other East Coast favorites such as Maine Whole Belly Fried Clams and Fried Sea Scallops. Wicked Good!!

Chef, Kevin Oakes is a true chef that graduated for the CIA in New York, Master’s Tournament Chef 2015-2018, Opened the Bellagio in 1998, and on the winning team of Iron Chef and so much more. We can create any menu based on client’s request.

Our food is simple, delicious, and is made from scratch including our sauces and condiments. We locally source all our meat and produce and import special ingredients from islands around the world.
Vegan Invasion is Arizona’s first, exclusively vegan not-dog cart. We created a menu featuring gourmet vegan not-dogs that consist of cruelty-free links and are garnished with organic and locally sourced toppings. Where ever there’s a crowd of people, there is food to be served and enjoyed. Our food cart is fully packed and loaded with all of the vegan goods. From our gourmet not-dogs, our roasted veggie Buddhy Bowls to sweet empanadas, chocolate chip cookies and our snacks. Finally! A food cart that serves mindfully sourced vegan food.
Waffle Crush is an Arizona Local family owned company (non-franchised co.) featuring 2 trucks that prepare the freshest Gourmet Belgium Liege Waffles in the valley. We offer both Savory and Sweet menu options to satisfy all your cravings. Order a delicious gooey Ham & Cheese waffle sandwich and follow that up with a sweet fresh Berry with Cookie Butter, Fresh cut strawberries, Fresh whipped cream on a delicious Pearl Sugar infused Liege waffle.
